I'm back and a lot lighter. X-force excercise program and diet. In six weeks from 225 down to 203. In for another six week cycle along with my wife. We have lost body fat and gained muscle and feel great.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

We also walk two miles everyday and do a cold plunge for 15 minutes. This works. Can't change my diet entry were not on the Atkins at all.
