I didn't exercise last week because I hit my head and suffered a minor concussion. :( I should get back this evening.

1129 kcal Fat: 45.33g | Prot: 59.40g | Carb: 123.89g.   Breakfast: Cowpeas (Blackeyes, Crowder, Southern) (Mature Seeds), Boiled Egg. Lunch: Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots), Cooked Beets (from Fresh). Dinner: Baked or Broiled Salmon. Snacks/Other: Oranges, Viennese Chocolate Melts, Egg. more...
