I have to do something. I am getting tired of my clothes not fitting. I like to snack between meals so feeling hungry is not comfortable for me. I love to walk my dog but we live in a cold, snowy area and I can easily talk myself out of exercising. Meanwhile, my dog is getting fatter too! I've decided that Lent will be my time to begin to try and lose 10 pounds. We walked today and I feel good about that. I need to learn to cook differently and watch what I eat.
