So... Starting out today on Fatsecret, having set myself the goal to go from 70kg to 60kg in early January. So far have lost 2kg in 6 weeks, which is ok but I have since lost motivation and spent the weekend eating. Maybe some online support is what I need ;)

Hi Stephi. I did a similar thing this weekend. I bought some deserts figuring I would be able to "treat" myself to one a day, just a taste to satisfy the cravings...NOT. The package is gone. So what have I learned? Do not bring deserts home from the grocery store. I should have bought a single cupcake and that would have done the trick on Friday when I was looking for something sweet. So lession learned and moving on. Another thing I have recently learned is that I do a number of things good each day so not to focus on the bad. As long as I can keep the good:bad ratio on the good side the progress will follow. I picked this tidbit form surfing motivational posters on google images. Always fun when feeling down. Hang in there and good luck.
