start on today i'm going to have wheat bread and skimmed milk for breakfast. As for lunch i'm going to eat small portion of rice, meat and vegetables followed by fruits. As for dinner i'm just gonna eat salads (probably with chicken breast) and lots of fruit . Above 7 pm i'm just going to eat fruits as much as possible and lots of water.
