Decided to check in with the scale a day early, and lost another pound. It is nice to be losing again, after so long of a plateau. I survived it, and I am pleased that I didn't defeat me. I have 199 in my crosshairs, and am really focused on breaking through to the other side of 200!<br> Mouth is very sore, but I can deal with it. Just glad to have it done.
