I'm really not looking forward to weigh day on Monday. pancake day and valentines in the same week has made me naughty twice this week!! my rdi was 98% Thursday, and we didn't eat till after 8 as we wanted to have a somewhat romantic meal, so obviously we had to wait for the boys to be asleep in bed. I've also had a cheat. our valentines pudding had chocolate in it, my first taste of chocolate in 3 1/2 weeks wasn't unwelcomed, but it made Friday incredibly hard, I just craved chocolate all day. it's alright though. one day for that one special event, not like it happens on a weekly basis!! last time we had a nice meal jus the two of us was October after all!! anywho, I'm expecting to have put on a few lbs this week (there's also been a massive lack of exercise!!) but if I've somehow managed to only put on one, or stayed level I'll be incredibly happy!! lets stay optimistic com positive :-D
