Leaving for a weekend trip with my husband. Staying at a good friends house and they've planned a really nice dinner so I'm not going to "watch" myself tonight. I will take care of the watching all the rest of the weekend however. I'm out. :)
203.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
