Ok this last week of tracking, really opening my eyes. The afternoons are a killer!! I cannot resist the urges to eat crap. Ok realization is the first step. As the crap around gets taken care of it is not going to be replaced with it's own. I know what I have to do, now, I simply must do it. :)
