We had an unexpected date night last night. Our church had Parents Night Out...super cheap, reliable babysitting for 4 hours (woo-hoo)!! We went to dinner and I feasted on broiled Salmon, scallops and a few of the sweetie's shrimp along with a side salad and brocolli. - I also made a LC choc. chip cheesecake and it was fab-u-lous! I decided not to try to make my traditional cheesecake LC, but instead found one to try. I'm so glad I did. But, I still have the same problem. Ovenindulgence is overindulgence regarless of being LC or not. Desserts are a weakness and a single slice was perfect but I could easily sit and over eat it. I think I'm going to have to freeze several of the slices so I cannot eat them so easily.
