Well, I have re-committed to losing weight and I have been doing very good. I am back on Atkins since Monday and I can already tell a difference in my face! I can see my cheekbones again. lol I am a little concerned though as I had to have my gallbladder removed and hope that starting back on Atkins doesnt cause havoc on my digestive system. Reason is, your gallbladder is what helps your body to break down the fat by producing the bile necessary for it. Since I dont have one...what happens to the fat from my food??? Asked my instructor and she is going to get back to me. Sigh. I started mentoring a young lady in my class again. This one has always had weight issues and was considering getting the lap band. For now she is going to try this and after 3 months see if she is going to still have the surgery.
