I have actually been on a diet for a little while now. I thought it was about time to start logging the results. The girls at work are doing a weight comp. we all started by putting 10$ into the pot and each week we weigh in to see where we are at. If we gain any weight we have to throw in a dollar to the pot. Tomorrow will be our 3 weigh in. The fist weight in on 2/4 I was 224.2, on 2/8 I was 223.6 In 4 days I lost .6lb I have been pretty bad this week eating chocolates, but only been eating a small about of carbs each day. I am trying to give up carbs as much as possible. There are some many temptations, my office is attached to a bakery and there are always goodies in the break room. Yesterday I ate a cookie :( today my coworker brought in Peanutbutter hearts she made, I had 1. I hope to stay on track the rest of the day

# one day at a time. I can do this, slowly, I can do this.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 0.7 lb a week
