Feeling much better today. My husband and I had a great evening together which always makes me feel better. He's good for me like that. Anyways, been walking the dogs everyday after work. Getting up a bit early to walk the treadmill as well as part of the mini-challenge group I'm in. Don't know how successful I will be with the a.m. excercize for my mini-challenge, but my afterwork walks will definately be happening. The dogs expect them now so they practically tackle me when I get home in anticipation of their walk. We went a bit over 2 miles last night. Looking forward to my valentine dinner tonight. Going tonight to avoid the actual rush on Feb. 14. Should be a good time. :)
