I went back to Boston for the holidays and heard nothing but, man you gained some weight. In the past 2 years i am currently living in Florida and don't stay as active as i was in Boston. I was athletic and played multiple sports in high school and would like to get back to good physical shape. I recently started working out at home and also have been paying more attention to what i eat. I was searching for calories in certain foods and i came across FAT SECRET. I have been on it ever since checking to make sure i stay under a certain calorie count. So now i am registered and very curious on how this works.
