Tried to work out this morning and got sick AGAIN. I googled it and I think it comes down to me being a slow and steady type, not a sprinter. Going to stick with the yoga for a while until I can start running again. Making progress with the dieting, just need to be more consistent with exercise.

Just a thought what if you did yoga and a combination of walking slow and then short sprints. Would that work? Hope you find your solution soon. Good luck and remember your doing great!

Sorry I guess I phrased it wrong. It isn't running that makes me sick. It's the bursts of activity during workout videos. I get really hot and then sick. But when I was running - just moderate and sustained - I felt fine. Good even. And thanks for the encouragement!

Perhaps the workout videos are too intense. I'm sure you'll come up with a solution. :)
