*WHEW* Just got back from doing a Zumba class...my legs feel like spaghetti and my lungs feel like I've been breathing fire, but my mind is clear and I really feel refreshed. I'm not hungry for dinner--which is good, since it's almost 8, and I should be in bed by 9. Really, I have to get at least below 200lbs before my wedding in (eep!) four months. I'm ready to do this right and stop making excuses for why fast food is okay or justifying all the sweets I eat or pop I drink.
