I have been on Atkins for over two weeks and lost only 7 lbs. Three days in my girlfriend met me at a Mexican Restaurant. We see each other so seldom and this is where we meet, I went. So, I guess I should be counting from the next day, which puts it closer to 2 weeks.
I am entering the food I eat, but it does not display Net Carbs, which is so crucial to the Atkins diet.
