So I did it! After beginning this diet and conditioning myself to select and choose what to eat I was able to shed a few pounds and drop a few pant sizes. I still have some fat around the waists so I will begin a new goal of 190 in hopes of losing the leftovers :) Yay..fatsecret!

Congratulations! You guys seem to always lose faster than women. Lucky you! You'll be at your new goal in no time. Breaking that 200 barrier is a real celebration!
