Ran from house up bike path to 315 and back ~ 3.56 miles. Weather was actually nice for a change 65deg and sunny. I was a bit tired (couldn't sleep & went to bed a little late) and dehydrated (drank 3 beers last night). Turned out to be preety slow run, I think I may need to start wearing a watch to understand my pace and if i need to pick it up. but i don't want to stress myself out either.
