Prednisone is really hard on someone trying to lose weight. Hope all is well and keep positive thoughts. 

I wish doctors would treat the whole patient instead of just treating symptoms of a disease....I am on high doses of prednisone since August of 2012. The side effects are brutal. Almost all the weight I lost 4 years ago (80 pounds)and worked so hard to keep off for all that time, are all creeping back on.... There should be a group on here for us prednisone-challenged dieters.
