Day 2 of Perricone Diet, just following to try and get my proteins in. Let's face it, do great for a while and back off. It was so much easier in NYC, I had access to any good food any time. Still amazed at how Oprah can be fat, if I had a cook preparing my "healthy" meals and snacks it would be so easy. I think that's why Nutrisystem/Jenny Craig work for so many, until reality hits again. Hell, just some Tostitos (my hubby's) and it's an added 200 calories!! Those 200 calories translate to 20 lbs a year!!! I know it's not every night occurrence but eating is, and my time is tough. Working 12 hr days, and not eating at regular intervals sucks. A day at a time, today will be a good one like yesterday. I even have my salmon ready for dinner with my salad.
