Last week was a waste of a phase 1 for me. We went to the fair 3 different times. I finally told myself to just start phase 1, day 1, over on the 24th...which is today.
I have chosen to look at this journey not as going on a diet but as choosing the path to being a healthy person. Yes, I NEED and MUST lose weight...but it won't do me any good if I don't choose to make this a lifestyle change. Once the weight is gone, I do NOT want it back.
My trust is in God as He is the only way I'll be able to do this.
