only managed 1 run this week and that was a short steady run. Tonight i have done 3 mins of side plank (left then right side) 40 half sitting knee bends (20 left 20 right) and 40 sitting tummy crunch. killer! im sure i lost my stomach muscles when my son came out?
Run tomorrow hopefully better my 2 miles from last week????
