2 weeks into diet. still bloated and not digesting the fats perfectly just yet. enjoying better focus, energy. better skin. Must remember to drink enough water! I am well into ketosis and no longer have sugar cravings. can go 6 hrs without food without getting irritable and low blood sugar!!
135.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
