Getting close to cycling race season and I don't feel weight ready at all. I need to shed a few more pounds so I can climb a bit better and hang with the group. My diet has been screwed with Super Bowl food and just poor decision making. Hope to get on track with more healthy choices.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
