lost another lb. went to exercise and felt better about myself. Found some new friends on the sight and got some amazing answers and help!. Plan to start exercising every day. aerobics three days a week and weights three days a week. I also plan to get back to riding my bike for at least 20 miles a week. I've had obstacles in the way such as medical and people but, I have to do this for me. I am 61 and want to be young again!

Great job! I am motivated now that I cleaned our work-out room over the weekend. It had become the burial ground for toys that the kids no longer play with. Most of them have found new homes. I'm very excited to work out again. What time of day do you work out? I've been thinking about working out in the mornings. Have a great week!

Great to hear from you I have a lot of equipment myself. I have it in a rental shed at this moment only because I'm in the process of moving. I joined the AnyTime fitness and enjoy the fact I can go when ever I like. I usually go at 4:30 am till 5:30 am This allows me the freedom of all the weights and machines. I don't feel that there is a right time but, if you just exercise. Have a great day.
