Today was my 2nd day back on the exercise program. It didn't go as well as yesterday. My tots wouldn't nap and one decided it was best to scream the whole time. This is something I can only take so much of. So after repeatedly stopping my work out to tend to him, I finally gave into his need for whatever it was. I still don't know. Sometimes he just throws a tantrum to throw a tantrum. I know that I'll never get back to my pre-pregnancy shape on dieting alone. I just hope to balance raising twins along with diet and exercise. It feels very overwhelming right now. Maybe by the end of the week I'll have the time balance down. I somehow doubt it though. Today, I am very discouraged. I have to get ready to go to a super bowl party and not eat any of the food that is put out.

Well Fern looks like you've done well by far considering how much weight you've lost in such a time. keep it up. i've got twins as well...girls though they are almost 10yrs now and two boys after that (4) kids in all. It's hard if you allow it to be...and you must tune in to what i'm saying as i did go through perhaps similar experience and breast fed them both. I had to change the routine to suite my daily activities otherwise i "u know exactly what i mean"....when 1 was sleeping i woke the other up to feed them both or to change dippers at the same time and when they slept at a certain time so did i. you've got to try to get around it. they are such amazing kids and i love them with my life. i'm so proud of them and nothing compares. Hang in there...you'll come right and laugh about this soon. keep on keeping on.
