Today was my 2nd day back on the exercise program. It didn't go as well as yesterday. My tots wouldn't nap and one decided it was best to scream the whole time. This is something I can only take so much of. So after repeatedly stopping my work out to tend to him, I finally gave into his need for whatever it was. I still don't know. Sometimes he just throws a tantrum to throw a tantrum. I know that I'll never get back to my pre-pregnancy shape on dieting alone. I just hope to balance raising twins along with diet and exercise. It feels very overwhelming right now. Maybe by the end of the week I'll have the time balance down. I somehow doubt it though. Today, I am very discouraged. I have to get ready to go to a super bowl party and not eat any of the food that is put out.
