Starting the prep week for the Blood Sugar Solution approach to dealing with illness through lifestyle changes. Starting with elimination of all refined products, sugars, wheat, alcohol, caffeine and artificial sweetners. Journaling to examine root causes of resistance to change and finding motivation. Greatest difficulty is that I can't remove some of my trigger foods (white bread, soda) because my husband wants them and will not give them up. Still maintaining low carb approach which has been successful to a large degree with my weight loss and improved blood sugars. Now that I've largely recovered from surgery, am back on my exercise program and enjoying it.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
