fat intake reduction now dialing in to 15%total diet. Completely take out egg yolks, egg whites only with chicken and fish. Fresh fruits and vegetable except on cheat day saturday or sunday. goal 10 to 15 percent. Last week of reduced fat intake along with super triset training resulted in very good fat loss. 4lbs over last week. now weekly average is right at just above 2 plus pounds per week fat loss. reevauate program in one more month. program change will include super triset training evryweek along with straight set training. alternate evry other workout. Starting to develope some cuts in the legs. especially the quadriceps. Shoulders and chest as well coming in. most fat still in abs and my lower back and my arm pit chest area. current weight 234 lbs. last calculated bodyfat compostion puts me at 185lbs lean body mass, skin bone and muscle.
