I bought a new scale that tracks weight for up to 10 users. (It also calculates BMI, Water %, Bone Mass and something else.) So, with the new scale, I figured I might as well change my weigh-in day and start accepting the weight gain from my poorly followed diet the last two weeks before Sunday. lol

Off to the chiropractor for a little carpal tunnel therapy (I hope!)
335.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 55.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
