I'm a bit frustrated this morning, for more reasons than the diet. I'll try not to stray...my coworker and I have been going strong for two weeks and have been doing great. Today, I said "let’s have a cheat day"! I explained that this didn't mean go crazy. I even prefaced it with "consume you fruits today and have a little desert if you must." What happens at breakfast, my coworker has cereal and milk, which is fine but then he adds sugar to his coffee. I told him that this was a moderate thing and that he must treat the diet like a way of life, or he will gain all the weight back and then some. I don't wish to be his mother about what he consumes and if he goes to the gym. So, I'm not. I'm exhausted from exercise and I'm getting a sore throat. I'm always concerned with everyone else's progress. I need to focus on me. That's it for my bitching.
