Stayed the same, which I suppose is very good since I ate out, missed meals, grabbed whatever (30 animal crackers for lunch and snack). Frustrated because the week prior was perfect and lost minimal, but any way but up. Must kick up activity, but its so freaking cold (-35). Back to routine this week.
