Alrighty. (This is kind of cool that they have a journal entry, btw...I'm going to need it.)

Well. I am here because my Beachbody coach suggested this site to me after I expressed my concerns and impatience about the lengths that I can reach in my fitness. I feel/felt that my outside results are not coming at a steady pace compared to so many others. I can maintain workouts, I definitely have the discipline for that. As a college student, nutrition has been my struggle. Though I lost a lot of weight and definitely CHANGED my body WHILE on a college campus, I found that in my research to get to certain levels of change, I've got to maintain a better schedule with how I am eating.

Anyway, my Coach gave me some strong information and helped me get back to getting my mind right. I need to remember that I HAVE made changes...just because, I don't SEE them does NOT mean they are not there. I see myself every damn day. LOL.

Anyway, I am really ready to give this a strong go! It's going to be frustrating and I will be tempted to give up but I'm going to apply to this what I've done to other things when necessary "fake it till you make it". a different way for this though...

I'm going to just do it.. I'll be frustrated and I will definitely document it here but I am going to get to where I need to be, dammit. I am a hard worker, this is just the next challenge and this is the ultimate challenge that I've always wanted to reach.

BESIDES -- if I can work nutrition while on a college campus, I'll be invincible once I graduate, get a job, have regular income coming in. LOL!!!
