The weekend is here! now diet panic sets in and creeping around every corner is temptation! who doesnt love brunch? anyone heard of a healthy brunch? i havent...maybe i could do just a normal scrambled egg situation would work and not an all out brunch bread kind of thing.

so i bend my diet a little today and then work out for 2 hours? i think that could work...we will see.
