I'm baaaack!
Between feeling ill and falling off the bandwagon a bit, I hope to get myself back on track.
Money went into the bank today, so wife and I went grocery shopping and bought a bunch of really healthy food. January was hard because we started on this website in the middle of the month and we didn't have the funds to get the appropriate food. Now that we do, I'm looking forward to losing some more weight.
I can already tell how much energy has increased by switching to higher protein. So much energy I don't know how to release it without injuring myself, lol.
