well considering it's been an up and down week, not getting on and logging my food has obviously had it's pitfalls, sweets and millionaires shortbread but thankfully, I did just enough to lose 1lb not that I really deserve that, back on track now.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
