Okay, went back to eating well, and the weight that i gained last week went away - i needto just follow my plan and not get sidetracked and exercise as much as I can.
257.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 67.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.4 lb a week
