I completely did not eat healthy, exercise, or do myself any good this entire week...needless to say I feel awful, not just guilty, but physically awful - I can't believe how bad I use to feel all the time - why did do this for so long - my old habits are really bad for me, and I will not do this again. I am just going to go back to eating better and healthy and taking it one day at a time. I feel that I am sensitive to gluten as these past few days of having bread again, I can't breath right, my skin is ichy, and I am sluggish overall... Today I'm beginnng again and am planning on flusing all this out of my body with only having liquids today... Tomorrow I plan on eating low carb, and continue throughout this journey.
264.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
