Well, I must say...with the weather somewhat decent outside and all the work it takes to make this farm work I seem to be slippin' on my journaling HERE and on my personal daily WW sheets. I am running in 100 directions (like everyone) all the time and I can't seem to keep a focus on my dieting. Like this morning...I was SO SO hungry when I got up...I had my coffee/creamer/yogurt/and probably 2 cups of cereal...oh, and a 'taste' of a roll. Geez!! What's up with ME!! I have to focus. I was reminded of the saying I see here on FS when I was 'tasting' that roll..."nothing tastes as good as skinny feels"...as I shoved in part of that roll..YIKES!! Now, I would NEVER say I'm skinny by any means, but I DO know how good it feels to have people say...'wow, you lost some weight you look great'...if I don't watch it I'll be packing on those LBS. again soon. The scale is not going up much, but that pound did not stay off that I saw a week or so ago... bummer...
OK...no more self-destruction!! I can do this and I WILL get to my goal!
My picture is one of my family this past weekend at our daughters dance recital! SO much fun!! We were all SO proud!!

Awe... cool pic! You can do it Sibby!! Get a plan of attack and get your food in "order" and ready so that you don't have to "eat on the fly". One more pound, you can do it!! :)

Glad to hear from you! The one nice thing about the weather getting better is lots of fresh fruits and veggies!! Maybe that will get your excitement up again!

You just keep that focus and you CAN and WILL shed that last little pound. Just keep forward planning meals carefully... loads of veggies and wholegrains... keep ramping that exercise if you can. I'm aiming for 28 activity points per week... but currently eating over my target points (18 per day + 35 flex = 161). Last week I ate 177 points with 29.8 Activity Points and still lost 1.9lbs. So I don't know if you've kept records of what you've previously been doing... but certainly I've found I've had to stop dropping points to keep these losses going. But you keep up the great work, as I know you will get there in the end! Hugs to you too and have a lovely weekend. :o)
