Katsolo's Journal, 11 July 2019

I'm having trouble getting to the journal pages on my phone, so just defaulting to the computer today. Sharing space with anyone is hard in general, so I'm trying to just chill out and deal. The difference in level of activity between us is the biggest challenge. I work all day. I no longer watch that much TV and I don't sit down for a formal dinner. I do cook, but it's mostly on Sunday and then I eat that protein for the rest of the week in various configurations. There's not a lot of commercially prepared food in my life save bagged greens. I'm trying to interact but I don't want to sit down after work and watch TV and go to bed. That's what sucks the life out of me, sitting. I worked until 6 last night, ate a big salad with chicken breast because I'm still working on the gain from the past few days and then I swam. Happily. I am so much stronger than when I started, even though I did sets last night, I'm constantly bumping up against the machine when I'm swimming despite being tossed against the wall the second I quit moving. I'm doing a no spend challenge for July, so I guess I'll be turning up the current rather than getting bigger paddles to increase the resistance this month. That will be interesting because it's a little like swimming in a tiny version of whitewater already. Didn't weigh myself this morning because I had an early morning meeting. I'll get it tomorrow. I can feel less puffy already anyways and I could tell in my swimsuit last night I wasn't carrying a food baby. Going to walk tonight. Swim tomorrow. Turned down another lunch out tomorrow.
