I need to start back on the atkins because I always do so well. I keep falling off and gaining weight right back. Everytime I go back to eating high carbs my weight goes back up and I feel like dodo.

So far today I have done really good. Feel really good about myself. I have to make this change for life so I can keep the weight off and stay healthy. I have my flaxseed to help balance me out.

Its been a really hectic weekend. I am not home to record my entries so i have to write them down. I know that its not the same but thats what I have to do. I feel that I am doing okay just got to keep focused and keep going

I feel really great. I was down to 152 this morning and have stayed in ketosis, small to moderate. At least I am keeping it about average. I am not eating enough calories, but I am full all the time. Don't have a variety of veggies but I will try to eat more.
