Amazing, amazing, and difficult to understand: I only gained one pound after 4 days of kind of eating what I wanted! Of course, the stress level was sky high, so maybe my heart was beating faster the whole time. Anyway, not complaining. So. . .maybe I wasn't really eating as much as I thought. Back on the "wagon" again and going to be careful until the next event -- granddaughter's wedding about 5 weeks away. Lots of travel, more stress, and of course, more food/drink. Sigh.
