I am frustrated. I don't seem to have trouble finding programs or plans that work for weight loss. I have trouble finding ways to manage my stress, so that I don't get frustrated and go on an eating binge. I am always tired, don't sleep well, and have a highly stressful job. I just want to get my food and exercise under control.

Then you need to find a way to deal with your stress. I would google it and see what might help you. There is a book called "Becks Diet Solution" (read the amazon reviews) which might also help you deal with your eating behaviors (eating from stress). This is a learning process. One step at a time.
