I love Weight Watchers! Though I sometimes slip up and call it a 'diet'-you know, that ugly word; I find how much I have not eaten right for so long. I am thankful that I have the accountability I need to continue and stay with this. I have lost 18 pounds as of last Saturday in about 2.5 months. I exercise in some form or fashion regularly and I feel better than I have in years.
Don't give up!!! It's worth the feeling!
