10:50am to 11:00am, step aerobics, weights and situps
I'm going to try exercising in 10-minute intervals in the morning, afternoon and evenings, in addition to walking for 20 to 30 minutes a day.

2:15pm to 2:20pm -- haha that was a short 10 minute interval

5:05pm to 5:45pm -- the grueling uphill walk in 94 degree heat. Love the downhill part though.

Got a 2 for 1 coupon for Zea's Rotisserie. I ate half the tuna steak. Scraped off the butter ball they put on top. Ordered sugar snaps and broccoli as my sides. But good Lord, the salt was overwhelming! My mouth still has salt burn a couple of hours later.

Also bought the Ultra Simple Diet book that justbreathe recommended.

Now to do a little step aerobics before bed. I'm embarrassed for my hub to see me. I'm sure I look pretty frickin' spazzy.

Good for you! I hear you with the spazzy part, I get that alot. haha the whole deer in the headlights thing. "What are you doing?" Never can tell, but it always makes sense to us doesn't it?

Hey Runesinger, have you tried quinoa? It's sort of a cross between a seed and a veggie, and it's high in proteins. Look up the stats on wiki. Another veggie that's growing on me is Swiss chard. That stuff is really delicious sauteed with some pancetta. Tantekty, I'm glad to know you're spazzing right along with me! I am so uncoordinated, I've been known to fall off my step bench.
