I'm just now getting over this cold enough to work out. Yesterday I did BodyPUMP. I wimped out on some chest stuff, but otherwise I pushed myself.
Tuesday Angie will switch up the routine, and there will be skull crushers in it. This is good because, with the exception of abs, triceps are the only muscle group I haven't made sore.
