ok, thats whay the scalrs says. Gosls today to get to the gym and not over eat at breakfast meeting. Gave up cream and sugar in my coffee
188.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
