Spent three weeks exercising a little more. Better foods, smaller portions. Struggling with finding time for the gym now that school started again. Still walking 45 minutes to two hours at school. Bought a lot more fresh foods, and tried to stay away from fast food. Cut meat almost completely out of diet, but added cheese. Need to add beans instead.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
