OK...so with a couple of ups, downs and sideways...mostly the holidays..I"m back on track with a re-boot and the company of my Girls online. I'm feeling positive and already feeling a shift in clothing since starting.
131.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
