Back to where I was at the beginning of the month. Feeling really good. Doing take off put me in the mindset that I needed to be. I'm hungry when I get home, but not ravenous, like before. My monthly visitor arrived yesterday, so I was surprised to see a loss this morning. I did crave something sweet last night and had a donut hole. I did stop at having one, which is a big deal for me. I don't have a strong will power when it comes to sweets. Keep up the loss everyone!

Wow, thats a great drop in just 2 days. And congrats on the one donut hole. The only way I would have been able to eat just one is if that was the last one left, haha!!

Yum, donuts.... Someday I may have one again.. Congrats on getting back down to your month starting weight! I was needing a sweet today, so I had a sugar free jolly rancher. I love those things. I'm thinking about doing another take off some time next week. It doesn't really seem to do a lot for me the week of the take off, but it can't be hurting me any. If anything, I think it makes it easier for me to lose weight the next week. Congrats again, and good job holding off on one donut hole!

Did someone say Krispy Kreme? LOL....those will never be an option for me again.....well maybe on my honeymoon if and when I will ever have one....LOL I will allow myself a piece of chocolate (Lindt dark truffles) every once in a great while when I am at one of the healthfood stores in town where they serve individual ones..... I chew a lot of sugar free gum and eat sugar free mints....I don't think I will be doing take off for a while.....I would really like to learn that "stopping-at-one thing" but I just don't think that's in my or for that sake in human nature. The bible says to even flee the appearance of evil....so I cannot buy too much peanutbutter, Fat Free cool whip or fiber one bars anymore............ha ha ha ha ha

Great job Andrea, you did really good with take off this time, did you use the oranges? They might change my plan if I don't continue to lose on Gold since I started working out more, we will see. Keep up the good work

I used cantaloupe on Monday and oranges on Tuesday. I think the variety helped me stay focused with Take off. I took the ziploc steamable bags with cut up veggies to work and nuked them. I couldn't stand the idea of another salad! I ate cauliflower and yellow zuchini. I know we're supposed to have green veggies, but brocolli makes my tummy hurt. I'm not complaining though, because it worked. Thank you all for the support.

Cool, I will try that next time and see if it works, thank you. A half a cantelope and four oranges, right? I don't like cauliflower but I love zuchini and squash

Here's what I did differently: Monday I had 1 whole cantaloupe and 64 oz. of water. Breakfast: 1/2 cantaloupe 2 egg whites-scrambled Snack: Lite Lunch: 2oz. tuna-packed in water with a dab of lite mayo 1 yellow zuchini sliced and nuked in ziploc bag 2 celery ribs Snack: Lite Dinner: 2 oz. chicken-cooked weight 1/2 head cauliflower nuked in ziploc Snack: 1/2 cantaloupe Tuesday I did the same thing except I used 4 small oranges through out the day and did the other 1/2 of the cauliflower for lunch and cucumbers for dinner. I think eating that bit of protein in the morning helped sustain me and the fact that I didn't have salad.
